Wilmot Realty, Inc was founded in 2017 as a one-man show, and grew into a full service brokerage with multiple agents showcasing Chicago real estate.
Prior to its founding, the owner of Wilmot Realty worked with @properties and Berkshire Hathaway, and through years of work gained a valuable client, one of the biggest property management companies in Chicago- Wilmot Properties. Representing a client such as Wilmot Properties meant being responsible with the leasing over 250 apartments. In addition to leasing, the owner represented other developers in selling and buying various properties. With these connections, the owner decided to venture on his own and Wilmot Realty was born.
Today, Wilmot Realty holds a well-earned reputation in the Chicago area for its impressive leasing volume, and its dedication to providing clients with the best service possible.
