Steps to Finding Your New Tenants:
- Discuss your property and expectations
- We’ll send you the listing agreement for review
- All properties listed with us enjoy FREE photography
- Your unit is on the market in no time! Your rental listing is syndicated to dozens of popular rental listing sites to help you find renters
- We conduct all showings at your property, providing notice ahead of time. We are particularly sensitive to existing tenant’s needs.
- Application are sent to you to review and approve
- The lease paperwork is sent to the tenant and then signed, funds are paid by the incoming tenants and your unit is successfully rented!
LEASING FEES
We charge landlords a customary leasing fee equal to “one-month’s rent”. We only collect a leasing fee after we successfully locate qualified tenants for your property.
